Team Member–Pallets

Full-Time

 

Applications are being accepted for the position of Team Member with WRC. This is industrial production work involving all aspects of duties normally associated with the manufacturing production environment, specifically in the construction of Pallets. Full-time, hours are 7:30am-4:00pm.   Applicant must be able to work flexible hours if necessary.

Salary Plan/Classification     $10.00

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A completed employment application to include, but not limited to, detailed description of duties, month and year, and complete addresses on each current/previous job listed.
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Work experience in manufacturing with general knowledge of assembly/disassembly production services, specifically in pallet construction preferred.
  • Able to communicate orally and count to 250.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Must meet WRC’s employment physical standards, which include drug/alcohol testing and may require a background check.
  • Must be able to work around power-driven machines, circular saws, etc.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Team Member – Litter

 Full-Time

Applications are being accepted for a full-time position of Team Member with WRC. This is outdoor work involving litter patrol in the Dothan area. Work hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday. Applicant must be able to work in various weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat and cold temperatures.

Salary Plan/Classification     $8.00

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Valid driver’s license required and ability to be insured through company insurance.
  • 6 months experience in related field with general knowledge of lawn or landscaping services.
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured through company insurance.

DRIVER

PART-TIME

Applications are being accepted for the PART-TIME position of Bus Driver with WRC. This is work providing transportation services, supporting the transportation of passengers, and providing supportive work normally associated with driving. Individual may be required to work flexible hours.

Salary Plan/Classification     $8.50

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid AL driver’s license.
  • Must be insurable through WRC’s designated insurance company.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Six months experience in related field
